It operates through three segments: Financial services; Consumer and Healthcare; and High Tech and Manufacturing. The Financial Services segment offers customer onboarding, customer service, collections, retail and commercial loan operations, payment operations, mortgage origination and servicing, compliance, wealth management, capital market operations support, financial crime and risk management, proprietary insurance policy suite, underwriting support, new business processing, policy administration, customer, claims management, catastrophe and exposure/risk modeling, actuarial services, end-to-end third-party administration for property and casualty claims, and technology services.
