Trevi Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, develops and commercializes investigational therapy for the treatment of chronic cough in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and non-IPF interstitial lung disease, and refractory chronic cough. The company develops Haduvio, an oral extended-release formulation of nalbuphine, which is in phase 2b Cough Reduction in IPF with nalbuphine ER clinical trial for treatment of chronic cough in patients with IPF, and phase 2a clinical trial in patients with refractory chronic cough.
